Applications for the Estonia work visas are currently open for the year 2024. All international foreigners who want to come to Europe for work now can apply for the Estonia seasonal work visa. Estonia has a diverse workforce in the Agriculture sector. It issued 5023 seasonal permits in 2019, and 2782 in 2018. In 2024, there will be many jobs available with relocation support.
If you want to perform a seasonal job in Estonia you must register yourself for short-term employment. But if you want to work long-term then you need a type D long-term visa. It allows you to stay one year in Estonia. Foreign workers can only work as seasonal workers for a maximum of 270 days within 365 consecutive days. More details are given below.

Overview of Estonia Seasonal Work Visa
Estonia Seasonal work visa allows non-European workers to work in the Agriculture field. They can work for a maximum duration of 9 months in a year. It is valid for 1 year only but you can renew it.
For a seasonal work visa, you need to pay the application fee of 48€ for the Registration of “Short Term Employment”. Estonia Work visa usually takes 2 weeks to a month to process.

Estonia Long Term Type (D) Visa
The Estonia Type D visa. It is a long-term visa that allows you to work in Estonia for one year. You can apply for this visa at the Estonian embassy. You can also renew it after the expiry. For the long-term Estonian Type D visa you need to pay a fee of €100.

- Your employer in Estonia gets a short-term employment permit for you.
- You must have a short-term employment contract from your employer.
- You should ensure your accommodation which complies with the relevant requirements.
- Your employer must be a registered employer in Estonia.
