Education Ministry: To start Advanced learner course for ICT colleges

ISLAMABAD: To guarantee a seamless transition and a solid foundation for incoming students at Islamabad Colleges, the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has announced that it would begin offering advanced learner courses to students in Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12.

The entire month of July will be covered by this program, according to the Education Ministry. The ministry shared the highlights of the program, stating that the top instructors in the fields of English, math, physics, chemistry, and biology have been recognized.

Students from private schools are also invited to participate in this interesting effort by the government.

Students at FDE primary schools will get tracksuits.

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has stated that every elementary school students would get a tracksuit in the upcoming session. This announcement comes from the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.

The Education Ministry states that the goal is to promote physical and mental well-being among students by encouraging them to participate in sports. “We want our young students to have a lifelong love of physical activity and to feel like athletes.” The government shared the highlights, stating that all elementary school students participating in FDE will receive a tracksuit. Sports participation will be promoted to the kids as a means of promoting physical and mental well-being.

Federal government abolishes the “B-Form” criterion for admission to schools

The “B-Form” requirement, which was necessary for admission to federal institutions, was eliminated by the federal government on Friday. Secretary of Education Mohiuddin Wani reportedly said that vulnerable groups have been disproportionately impacted by the “B-Form” requirement, according to a private news programme. He said, “Our goal is to guarantee that every child has access to high-quality education.” He went on to say that the goal of the initiative is to lower the number of children who are not in school and raise school enrollment. All children living in Islamabad will be able to enrol in government schools, regardless of their legal status.
