- The students who have to apply for the DDBL HSC scholarship must not apply for any other scholarship. If they are enrolled in any other scholarship program then they will not get the scholarship.
- Students must join the university or high school for their undergraduate degree program.
- 90% of scholarships are available for students who pass their HSC exams and are from rural areas.
- 50% of the total scholarship will be available for female candidates.
